Refund policy

Equipment has a 30-day fit guarantee. If it does not earn a place in your training, contact store support for a refund. Used or damaged items may be refused.

Consults and on-site visits are refundable if we have not started the session or the visit. Once the consult or visit begins, the fee is earned.
